The list below covers some of the strategies which could be used to help counter MCI (mild cognitive impairment). Some of these are conventional, but I will also focus on somewhat unusual or lesser-known strategies that might not be widely accepted but seem to offer some possibilities. I am also trying to highlight some misconceptions which may be misleading. I do my best to support my opinions with expert advice and scientific articles, but readers will still need to form their own opinions by themselves.
